Construction Documentation
We offer expert construction documentation, providing detailed plans for some of South Australia’s top architects. We ensure every aspect of your design is thoroughly documented, so your project is built to the highest standard. Once you have planning approval, we can take your project through to Full Development Approval, coordinating with consultants on your behalf. Our goal is to ensure every detail is meticulously documented, so when the project reaches the site, it runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

What to expect when working with us.

The process begins with a detailed consultation to understand the client’s vision, needs, and goals. During this meeting, key aspects such as project scope, budget, and timeline are discussed to establish a clear direction.
After the initial meeting we will provide a fee proposal.

Based on the initial consultation, a preliminary design concept is developed. This stage involves creating floor plans, elevations and 3D renderings to visualise the design direction and ensure it aligns with the client’s expectations.
Feedback from the client is incorporated to refine the design. Detailed plans, 3D renderings, and material selections are presented for review, allowing the client to make adjustments if needed. At this stage, we can also collaborate with a builder to obtain preliminary pricing, ensuring the project stays on track with your budget before moving forward.

Once the design is approved, we submit the necessary documentation to the local council for review and approval. There is often some back-and-forth communication with the council during this stage, which we handle on your behalf to ensure everything is in order.
After council approval, a comprehensive project plan is created. This includes finalising construction documents, scheduling, and coordinating with any necessary contractors or specialists, ensuring a smooth and well-organised build process.

Once full Development Approval is granted by the council, I will send the complete build package to your builder, who will then bring the design to life through the construction phase.
The design is transformed into reality, with the builder and contractors executing every detail according to the comprehensive plans, ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards.
